Telecoms - OverviewAs our name suggests ICEE are Installers of Communications and Electronic Equipment. At ICEE we believe it is important to take the time to understand our customers business. By getting to know their markets, products and services we are in a better position to interpret their requirements. To enable us to respond effectively to our customers needs we have designed our telecoms business around five separate customer delivery platforms, these are:
With the Head Office and our manufacturing facility located in the South at our Waterlooville site and offices and warehousing facilities in the North at Warrington, we are ideally situated to cover projects across the whole of the British Isles. These offices incorporate the functions required to provide complete telecoms solutions - from initial site survey to final network integration. We have a national network of remote engineers and dedicated customer service teams working on location at clients' premises. The Warehousing and distribution facility of ICEE completes our all round capability. Our distribution service utilises links to ‘partner companies’ around the UK enabling us to cater for all our customers' geographical requirements and allows us to deliver a rapid and flexible service. Our customers include the major telecoms equipment manufacturers and network operators, providing support and dedicated services to customers throughout Europe including offshore oil & gas platforms. At ICEE we place great emphasis on quality throughout our business undertakings. Whether it is field engineers, production staff, management or office-based personnel - everyone at ICEE is focused on the quality of service we deliver. ICEE achieved accreditation to BS EN ISO9001 : 2000 Quality Management Systems standard in September 2001. ICEE is also accredited to NICEIC Certification.
